Sitting behind home plate on a gorgeous August afternoon in 2008, Mark and I were enjoying an anniversary splurge to watch some Red Sox baseball. After several draft beers, I asked Mark “what he wanted to be?” Knowing he had achieved his professional goals as an automotive technician and was at a crossroads with his career- all the while dreaming of his future. 

“I want to roast coffee”, was his passionate reply.
