Newtowne House
Four different varietals representing the best of South America and the Pacific Rim’s coffee growing regions. Bright start, medium body, good acidity with a mellow smooth push to its remarkably bold and sweet finish. Very complex and very nice.  Roasted Full City.

Dahlia Dark
Named for the amazing flowers Mark’s parents grow this blend of Indonesian & South American varietals bring a smoothness, and richness that is as unique as the flowers. Medium body, medium acidity, great aroma and chocolate-like finish. Roasted to Vienna.

African Elephants
Two of the best regional African varietals Kenya AA and Tanzanian Peaberry come together in this fruity, wine like potion. Subtle hints of berry, chocolate and citrus are representative of the two varietals. Updike’s roasts this coffee to French to add just the right amount of caramel and carbon notes.

The Sisters
Named for our girls- Lilly and May- who are fun and very different this blend of Central and South American varietals is just like them. Sweet and aromatic blend with a clean beginning, great complexity, and a citrus smoky finish. This is the coffee we use during different holidays as our Signature Coffee with specially designed labels. Roasted to Vienna.

My Dad's Decaf
You won’t believe that this blended coffee is actually decaffeinated. Named for Mark’s dad- hence My Dad- who loves this coffee.  Indonesian & South American varietals bring a smoothness, and richness that has medium body, medium acidity, great aroma and chocolate-like finish. Roasted to Vienna.

Kenya AA Decaf
Mild, delicate acidity, smooth and well-balanced cup. You'll never know it's decaf! Roasted dark to smooth out any bite.

Columbian Decaf
Roasted full-city. Medium body, medium acidity with a delicate, smoky cocoa finish. Nice snap and no "decaf wash" make this Colombian as good as its caffeinated counterparts.

This is a list of coffees that we have roasted in the shop since we opened. These coffees are not always available for sale. Please see our weekly offerings for the current list of coffees for sale.

Brazil Santos
Medium to full-bodied, muted acidity, smooth cup with buttery chocolate-like finish. Full-city roast level. Makes for one of the best balanced single origin espressos. This underrated coffee never disappoints.

Costa Rican Tarrazu Carablanco
This fantastic CR has crisp, clean, bright acidity, a good "snap," flowery citrus with a slight hint of nuttiness in the finish.

Indonesian Sumatra Mandheling
One of the most special coffees of the world. Creamy, sweet, and pleasingly earthy. Butter and caramel jump out. This coffee finishes with chocolate and vanilla.

Kenya AA
Mild, delicate acidity, wonderful smoothness and roundness with wine-like finish. This 'AA' grade just keeps you coming back for more. Roasted city to full-city to enhance these remarkable traits.

Tanzania Peaberry
This small bean packs an enormous flavor. Deep, complex apricot brandy qualities with a chocolate-toned roundness that jumps out as the cup cools. Mount Kilimanjaros real gem.

Mexican Chiapas Rancho San Francesco
This Mexican High Grown typifies the coffees of Chiapas. Herbs, light fruit and nuttiness jump out of this smooth but snappy coffee. A nice oak woodiness.

Papau New Guinea
This PNG is subtle and refined with a delicate full balance and crispy florals. A creamy body is rounded out by a soft acidity.

Indian Monsooned Malabar
Delicate acidity, very rich, creamy body and hints of cherry. One of the most unique cups you'll ever taste! This distinctive cup's flavor and aroma are said to be a direct result of winds from the Malabar Coast and monsoon rains that carry mystical secrets. Espresso Roast level.
